Hephon is an AI implementation studio based in the Middle East. We work with SMBs and mid-market businesses across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Most businesses we speak to know AI is important. They just don’t know where to start, and every agency they’ve talked to either made it sound like a science project or sold them something nobody ended up using.
We come from over 15 years of building digital products and solving operational problems for B2B clients across the region. From a 25-year-old billing system replacement at a Lebanese ISP to a Saudi-dialect conversational AI for one of the region’s largest grocery retailers. We know how companies here operate. We know what it takes to get something across the line inside an organization that isn’t built for technology projects.
Hephon exists because the gap between “AI is everywhere” and “AI is actually working in our business” is still enormous, and closing it is a straightforward problem if you approach it right.

Honest before impressive
If something isn’t worth building, we say so before anyone spends money on it. We’d rather lose a project than deliver something that doesn’t work.
Adoption is the job
Delivering a system nobody uses isn’t a success. We measure at 30 days. If the team isn’t using it, we fix it — it’s part of the scope on every project.
