WhatsApp automation · chatbots and CRM integration

The channel your customers already use.

In this region WhatsApp is not a marketing channel, it is the whole conversation: orders, questions, complaints, payments. Automating it well means connecting it to the systems behind it, so a message can actually place an order rather than just receive a polite reply.

What is WhatsApp automation?

WhatsApp automation uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to handle conversations without a person typing every reply: answering questions, taking orders, sending updates, and writing the result into your existing systems. Done properly it completes the task rather than routing the customer to a form or a phone number.

It takes action, not just messages

For a large grocery retailer we built an agent where one message finds the product and builds the basket. The difference between a chatbot and automation is whether anything actually happens afterwards.

Real Arabic, not textbook Arabic

Lebanese, Gulf and Egyptian dialects, English, French, and the code-switching in between — including Arabizi written in Latin characters. Customers do not adjust their typing for your bot.

Wired into what you already run

The conversation writes to your customer relationship management system, your enterprise resource planning system, or your spreadsheets. No parallel inbox nobody checks.

Where WhatsApp projects go wrong

Six ways WhatsApp automation fails.

Almost every disappointing WhatsApp project we are asked to rescue failed for one of these reasons rather than for lack of AI.

It answers but cannot act

A bot that replies with information and then asks the customer to call, click a link, or fill a form has moved the work rather than removed it. The value is in completing the order, the booking, or the status check inside the chat.

It only understands formal Arabic

Customers write in dialect, in Arabizi, with typos, mixing English words into Arabic sentences. Systems tuned on Modern Standard Arabic fail on the first real message and the customer never tries again.

It is disconnected from the source of truth

If the bot cannot read live stock, pricing, or order status, it will confidently say something wrong. That costs more trust than having no bot at all.

There is no clean handover

Every automated conversation needs an exit to a human, with the full history attached. Without it the routine 90% works and the important 10% turns into a complaint.

The number and account are set up wrong

Messaging limits, template approval, display-name verification, and business verification all constrain what you can send and to how many people. Getting this wrong caps the whole project, and it is tedious rather than difficult.

Nobody watches it after launch

Conversations drift, customers ask new things, and templates get rejected. An automation nobody reviews degrades quietly for months before anyone notices the drop.

How we build it.

One conversation type live and working before we broaden it, because a narrow automation that works beats a broad one that half-works.

Pick the conversation

We read your actual WhatsApp history and find the exchange that repeats most and costs most: order status, product questions, bookings, reorders. That one goes first.

Connect the systems

Live stock, pricing, order records, and customer history, so the assistant answers from your data rather than guessing. This is usually the longest step and the one that decides whether it works.

Handle the account properly

Business verification, display name, message templates, and the limits that come with each tier — done in the right order so you are not blocked at launch.

Launch narrow, then widen

One conversation type in production with a human exit, watched for the first weeks against real messages, then extended once it is genuinely holding up.

What ships

What a WhatsApp automation includes.

Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so it survives policy changes and does not depend on an unofficial workaround that breaks.

What we will not do

We do not build on unofficial WhatsApp libraries that risk your number being banned, and we do not set up bulk unsolicited messaging — it breaches WhatsApp policy and it damages the one channel your customers actually trust. If your goal is mass cold outreach, we are the wrong partner and we will say so on the first call.

Questions people ask.

What is WhatsApp automation?

WhatsApp automation handles conversations on the WhatsApp Business Platform without a person typing each reply — answering questions, taking orders, sending updates, and writing the result into your existing systems. The useful version completes the task inside the chat rather than redirecting the customer elsewhere.

How do I automate WhatsApp messages for my business?

You need the WhatsApp Business Platform (not the consumer app), a verified business account, approved message templates for anything you initiate, and an integration to whatever system holds your orders or customers. The automation logic is the easy half; the account setup and the system integration are where projects stall.

Can WhatsApp integrate with our CRM?

Yes. Conversations can create and update records, attach chat history to a customer, trigger follow-ups, and read live data back into the chat. This is usually the highest-value part of the build, because it turns messages into records your team can actually work from.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes, including dialect and Arabizi written in Latin characters. That is a deliberate focus for us: systems trained on formal Modern Standard Arabic tend to fail on the way people actually type in Lebanon and the Gulf.

What about WhatsApp automation tools versus a custom build?

Off-the-shelf tools are a reasonable start for simple auto-replies and broadcasts. A custom build earns its cost when the conversation has to read live data, complete a transaction, or write into systems the tool does not integrate with. We will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on.

Will our number get banned?

Not if it is built on the official platform and used within policy. Bans come from unofficial libraries and from unsolicited bulk messaging, neither of which we do.
