Common questions
Do we have to move our data somewhere new?
No. It connects to the systems you already use and reads from them. Nothing gets migrated, and you decide exactly what it can see.
Can it write reports and answer in Arabic?
Yes. Reports, questions and answers all work in Arabic and English, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing, so the whole team can use it, not just the analysts.
How is our data kept secure?
It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU. We never train models on your data.
What can it actually connect to?
Common ones out of the box: POS and e-commerce platforms, accounting tools, Google Sheets, CRMs and SQL databases. Anything with an API can be wired in.
How fast can we have the first report?
Usually a first working report within two to three weeks of a scoped kickoff, once we have access to the sources. Speed is the point.
