AI for Healthcare

More time with patients. Less time with paperwork.

Clinics lose hours to booking calls, no-shows, and notes that get written twice. AI for healthcare can take the routine load off reception and drafting off clinicians, on WhatsApp in Arabic and English, for clinics across Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh. And because “the AI got it wrong” is not an option here, everything we build keeps a clinician in charge and a record of every decision.

We built a panel-of-experts AI system for a multi-country healthcare operator, with a full audit trail of every decision, and our own clinic platform, Compumeal, generates AI meal plans for under 2 cents each.

The routine questions

It answers what the clinic gets asked all day.

Opening hours, what to bring, insurance and prep instructions, answered from your own clinic information, not a generic script. The sensitive conversations go to your team; the repeat ones don’t tie up reception.

Every patient, in context

It keeps the patient’s history at hand.

Past visits, pending follow-ups and preferences travel with every conversation, so nobody re-explains their case. When a nurse or clinician takes over, they get the full picture, not a cold message.

Human in charge, logged

For the calls that matter, an audit trail.

Documents draft themselves and, where you want it, multiple AI models weigh in and a referee model synthesises, with every step logged. Built for operators who answer to regulators, a clinician approves before anything reaches a patient.

Encrypted end to end

Credentials and data are encrypted with AES-GCM, in transit and at rest.

Hosted where you need

Data residency in Lebanon, the Gulf, or the EU, based on your rules.

Never trained on your data

Your data stays yours. We don’t use it to train models.

A human stays in control

Clear approval and escalation rules, with full context handed over.

Proven in production

Already running for Saudi Arabia’s largest grocery retailer and a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers.

Common questions

Does the AI make clinical decisions on its own?

No. It handles scheduling and routine questions, and drafts documents, but anything clinical is reviewed and signed off by a clinician before it reaches a patient. Every step is logged so you can show exactly what happened.

Can it message patients in Arabic?

Yes. Booking, reminders and routine questions all work in Arabic and English, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing, so the whole patient base can use it, not just the ones who write in English.

How is patient data kept secure?

It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and it can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU for residency. We never train models on your data.

Does it connect to our clinic or booking system?

Yes. It reads real availability and patient records from your practice management or booking system so answers are always current. Anything with an API can be connected, with access scoped to only what it needs.

How fast can we go live?

Usually a first working version within two to three weeks of a scoped kickoff, starting with booking and patient messaging. We measure adoption at 30 days and fix what isn’t landing.
