AI implementation company
AI implementation that your team actually uses.
Hephon is an AI implementation studio for businesses across the Middle East. We find what’s slowing you down or costing you money, build the AI system that fixes it, and stay until your team is actually using it.
What is AI implementation?
AI implementation is the work of taking a specific business problem and putting a working AI system into production against it, connected to the tools your team already uses. It covers the build, the integration, and the adoption — everything between deciding to use AI and the AI actually doing the work.
Most businesses don’t need more AI strategy. They need someone to take one expensive problem and ship the system that handles it, not a demo that lives in a deck. Implementation is where most projects quietly stall, which is why we treat adoption as part of the job rather than something that happens after handover.
How we implement AI.
Find the highest-impact work
We map your operations and rank where AI would give back the most time or money, not a wish list, a short list with numbers against it.
Build it into how you already work
We connect to the tools you run, WhatsApp, your CRM, your spreadsheets, your ERP, or replace the system that’s the bottleneck. Scoped at a fixed price, delivered in weeks.
Stay until the team uses it
Adoption is part of the job. We measure usage, fix what’s in the way, and a system nobody touches doesn’t count as delivered.

Common questions
What is AI implementation?
AI implementation is the work of taking a specific business problem and putting a working AI system into production against it, connected to the tools a team already uses. It covers the build, the integration, and the adoption — everything between deciding to use AI and the AI actually doing the work.
What is the difference between AI consulting and AI implementation?
AI consulting produces advice: a roadmap, an opportunity assessment, a strategy document. AI implementation produces running software. A consultant tells you what to build; an implementation partner builds it, integrates it, and stays until your team uses it. Some firms do both, but they are separate deliverables and should be priced separately.
What does an AI implementation consultant do?
An AI implementation consultant identifies which process is worth automating, specifies the system, then builds and ships it into your existing stack. The distinction from a pure consultant is ownership of the outcome: the engagement is judged on whether the system runs and gets used, not on whether the recommendation was sound.
How long does AI implementation take?
A focused first system typically takes four to eight weeks from kickoff to production, depending on how clean the data is and how many systems it has to connect to. Anything quoted in days is usually a demo, and anything quoted in quarters usually includes a discovery phase you may not need.
How much do AI implementation services cost?
Scoped projects rather than open-ended retainers, priced on the system being built. We quote a fixed number after a short discovery call so you can compare it against the cost of the problem it removes. If the numbers do not work, we say so before the project starts.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Almost never. Most implementations connect to what you already run — the spreadsheets, the enterprise resource planning system, the inbox, WhatsApp — because migration projects fail far more often than integrations do. If a platform genuinely blocks the work, we say that during discovery rather than after.
What happens if our team does not use the system?
That is the most common way AI projects fail, so adoption is part of the engagement rather than an afterthought. That means training the people who will use it, watching real usage for the first weeks, and changing the system when the workflow disagrees with the design.
