When you submit a form on this site, such as the AI audit request or a contact message, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, work email, company, and message.

If you use the chat assistant on this site, we store the messages you send so we can answer you and improve the assistant. If you share your email in the chat, we treat it as a contact enquiry so a member of our team can follow up.

We also collect basic, anonymous usage information to understand how the site is used and improve it, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and how you interact with the site. This basic analytics is collected without cookies and without identifying you, and does not follow you across visits. If you accept cookies, we additionally use cookies and similar technologies for richer analytics that recognise you across visits, session replay, and advertising measurement, including an approximate location based on your IP address.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, deliver the AI audit report, and follow up about a potential engagement.

Subject to your consent, we also use Google Analytics, and Google Ads, the Meta pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure and target our advertising; these are loaded through Google Tag Manager using consent mode, so they receive your data only after you accept.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. If you decline cookies, only the anonymous, cookieless PostHog analytics runs; Google Analytics and the advertising tools are not activated.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our correspondence, after which it is deleted.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to any such request promptly.
