Common questions
Will this replace the systems we already use?
No. It connects the tools you already run and moves information between them. Your ERP, CRM and spreadsheets stay; we take the manual copying and chasing out from between them.
What kinds of processes can it automate?
Anything repetitive that moves information: order intake, syncing data between systems, routing and chasing approvals, status updates, escalations and scheduled tasks. We scope the highest-impact ones first.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. It reads Arabic and English messages, and the brief and answers come back in both, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing, so your whole team can use it.
How is our operational data kept secure?
It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and it can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU for residency. We never train models on your data.
How fast can we see it working?
Usually a first working automation within two to three weeks of a scoped kickoff, once we have access to the systems. Speed is the point.
