Common questions
Is this a QR menu builder?
No. It’s a menu intelligence layer with a digital waiter. Guests ask questions in plain language and get honest answers, and you see what they wanted and where the menu loses orders. Tamr, our own product, does exactly this and is live today.
Can guests order and ask in Arabic?
Yes. Menu questions, bookings and orders all work in Arabic, English and French, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing, and it switches between them mid-conversation.
Does it connect to our POS and delivery apps?
Yes. It reads your live menu and prices, sends orders to the kitchen, and pulls sales from your POS for the nightly report. Common delivery and channel tools connect over API.
How is our data kept secure?
It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and it can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU. We never train models on your data.
How fast can we launch?
With Tamr, a working menu waiter can be live in days once the menu is in. A custom build is usually two to three weeks from a scoped kickoff. We measure adoption at 30 days.
