AI for Manufacturing

The factory runs. The paperwork shouldn’t.

Orders arrive by email and WhatsApp, get retyped into the ERP by hand, and someone loses Friday to assembling the production report. The plant is modern; the admin around it is manual. We automate the order-to-ERP path, write the production and quality numbers for you, and give managers a live view of the line. AI for manufacturing and distribution built for how plants in Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia actually run.

We run a multi-department AI program inside a large Lebanese industrial group (1,000+ employees), from department training through to the AI tools they use daily.

Orders read themselves into your ERP.

Purchase orders and order messages arrive as PDFs, emails and WhatsApp photos, and get read, matched to your catalogue, validated and staged in your ERP automatically. Exceptions like a price mismatch go to a human; the routine 90% just flows.

Written automatically

Production and quality reports, without the Friday.

Daily output, downtime, yield and quality numbers pulled from your systems and written up in the format your managers already read. Shift reports, weekly rollups and the monthly pack assemble themselves, in Arabic or English, instead of eating someone’s day.

Current to the minute

One live view of every line.

Output against target, downtime, stock and open orders on one dashboard that’s current now, not a spreadsheet from last shift. Managers see what’s running, what’s stuck, and what’s about to run short before it becomes a missed shipment.

Roadmap first

We map the highest-impact fix before building.

We walk your operation, rank the opportunities by effort and return, and start with the one that pays back fastest. Then we train the team department by department around your real tools, so adoption isn’t left to chance. That’s how the Lebanese industrial group program started.

Everything it does.

Trust & security

Built to be trusted with your business.

No black boxes and no surprises with your data. The same standards we run for regulated clients across telecom, healthcare and retail.

Your keys, your models

It runs on your own model-provider accounts (BYOK). You own the keys and can revoke them anytime.

Encrypted end to end

Credentials and data are encrypted with AES-GCM, in transit and at rest.

Hosted where you need

Data residency in Lebanon, the Gulf, or the EU, based on your rules.

Never trained on your data

Your data stays yours. We don’t use it to train models.

A human stays in control

Clear approval and escalation rules, with full context handed over.

Proven in production

Already running for Saudi Arabia’s largest grocery retailer and a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers.

Common questions

Will this work with our existing ERP?

Yes. We don’t replace your ERP, we automate the manual work around it. If it has an API or a stable import path, we wire order intake and reporting straight into it, whether that’s SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics or something in-house.

Can it read orders that come in as WhatsApp photos and messy PDFs?

Yes. It reads scanned POs, photos and free-text WhatsApp orders, matches lines to your catalogue, and flags anything unclear for a human instead of guessing.

Our staff aren’t technical. Will they actually use it?

That’s the part most people skip. We train department by department on your real tools and measure adoption at 30 days. It’s how a multi-department program at a large Lebanese industrial group moved from training into daily use.

How is our production and order data kept secure?

It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU. We never train models on your data.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Order messages, production questions and reports all work in Arabic and English, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing, so the floor and the office both use it.
