Common questions
Is this just a strategy deck?
No. It’s a working document built by the people who do the implementation. Every recommendation is something we know how to build, costed and sequenced, so it points at real work rather than sitting in a drawer.
Can you run the engagement in Arabic?
Yes. Interviews, workshops and the written roadmap all work in Arabic and English, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing, so the whole team can take part, not just the ones who work in English.
Does it actually lead to a build?
That’s the point. The roadmap names what to build first, what it costs and what it returns. Hand it to us to ship, take it to your own team, or sit on it. If you build with us, the strategy fee is credited against the first project.
How do you keep our information secure?
Anything we review stays under your control, we sign an NDA on request, and any systems we build run BYOK on your own keys with AES-GCM encryption, hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU. We never train models on your data.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
Most engagements run two to four weeks, depending on how many departments we map and how accessible your data is. It’s a fixed fee agreed upfront, credited against the first build if you go on to ship with us.
