AI Workflow Automation

The work that shouldn’t be work.

Someone on your team copies numbers between systems, chases approvals and re-types the same data every week. AI workflow automation connects the tools you already run and lets that work run itself: triggered on an event, checked before it moves, and handed to a person only when it matters. Built for how businesses in Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia actually operate.

Built on the same automation stack we ship in production, from a Lebanese ISP serving ~2,000 customers to our own multi-tenant clinic platform.

It starts on its own

Something happens, the workflow runs.

A new row in a sheet, an email in a shared inbox, a form submission, a WhatsApp message, a status change in your CRM, or simply 8am on Monday. The trigger fires and the steps you defined run, whether or not anyone remembers to press anything.

Where each part runs

Rules where it’s predictable, AI where it’s not.

Most steps are deterministic, so cheap rules handle them: over this threshold, route for approval; this customer tier, apply that discount. AI is reserved for the steps a rule can’t cover, like reading a messy supplier PDF or classifying a ticket by intent. That keeps the workflow accurate and the running cost low.

One invoice 12% over its PO is waiting on a one-click approval.

Checked before it ships

The routine 90% flows through. The rest reaches a human.

Every AI output is validated against a schema before it moves, so a bad result gets caught instead of writing garbage downstream. Failed steps retry, and anything high-stakes, a payment, a contract, a customer reply, pauses for a one-click approve or edit, with full context attached.

You can see everything

It runs in the open, and we watch it with you.

You see what ran, what failed and what needed a person, all in one place. We put it live with error handling, retries and approval checkpoints, then sit with it through the first weeks and tune it as the edge cases show up.

Everything it does.

Trust & security

Built to be trusted with your business.

No black boxes and no surprises with your data. The same standards we run for regulated clients across telecom, healthcare and retail.

Your keys, your models

It runs on your own model-provider accounts (BYOK). You own the keys and can revoke them anytime.

Encrypted end to end

Credentials and data are encrypted with AES-GCM, in transit and at rest.

Hosted where you need

Data residency in Lebanon, the Gulf, or the EU, based on your rules.

Never trained on your data

Your data stays yours. We don’t use it to train models.

A human stays in control

Clear approval and escalation rules, with full context handed over.

Proven in production

Already running for Saudi Arabia’s largest grocery retailer and a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers.

Common questions

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

No. It connects to what you run today through their APIs, your CRM, spreadsheets, inbox, accounting system and messaging, and moves data between them. If a tool has no API, we find a supported path before we commit to it.

Can it handle Arabic messages and documents?

Yes. It reads and classifies Arabic and English, including Gulf and Lebanese phrasing and code-switching, so support triage, invoices and forms in either language flow through the same workflow.

What happens when a step fails or the AI gets something wrong?

Every AI output is checked against an expected format before it moves on, so bad results are caught early. Failed steps retry automatically, and anything that still can’t resolve is logged and surfaced to a person rather than silently dropped.

How is our data kept secure?

It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and it can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU. We never train models on your data.

How fast can the first workflow be live?

Usually a first working automation within two to three weeks of a scoped kickoff, once we have access to the systems. We start with the one that’s eating the most time.

Still doing that by hand every week?
