Is the course beginner friendly?

Yes. It assumes no technical background, only that you do repetitive work you would rather not. The tools we teach are ones a non-technical person can run and maintain; anyone comfortable with a spreadsheet will keep up.

Is it on-site or online?

Both. We run it in person across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, and online for distributed teams, with recordings for online sessions. The hands-on, work-on-your-real-tasks approach is the same either way.

How is it priced, per seat or per team?

Per team, as a fixed quote based on format and group size, a half-day for one team is the lightest option, a multi-session programme across departments the largest. Tell us your team size and goal and we send a fixed number, usually within 48 hours.

Do participants get a certificate?

We can provide a certificate of completion for each participant on request. The more useful artifact is the working automation each person leaves with, and the notes to build the next one.
