Do we need a brief or a clear idea before reaching out?
No. Most people who reach out don’t have one yet. You tell us what’s slow, what’s breaking, or what’s costing you time, and we work out the rest.
How long does it take to get started?
The AI audit takes a few minutes. From there we book a 30-minute call, usually within a few days, and move quickly.
What does the first call look like?
Thirty minutes. You tell us about your business and what’s on your mind; we ask questions, tell you honestly whether we can help, and outline what a first engagement would look like.
Is there a minimum project size?
We don’t publish a minimum. If the scope is small, a focused consulting engagement is usually the right place to start: scoped, priced, and quick to say yes to.
