AI for Telecom
Run your ISP without the spreadsheets.
A lot of internet providers in Lebanon and the Gulf still run billing on software older than half their staff, with support done over the phone and reports done by hand. We build the modern operations platform underneath it: a billing and subscriber system that holds together, a customer bot that handles renewals and outages, and a live view of collections and the network. AI for telecom that fits how ISPs in Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh actually run.
We replaced a 25-year-old billing system for a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers, and built the Telegram customer bot their subscribers use every day.
One live view
The network and the money, on one screen.
Collections, active subscribers, usage and open network issues in one dashboard that’s current to the minute, not a spreadsheet someone updates on Thursdays. You can see who’s overdue, what’s down, and where revenue is drifting before it becomes a hole in the month.

Collections, last 7 weeks
Week 6 cleared the most overdue all quarter. Ask it who paid.
Written every morning
Collections and usage, reported without the manual work.
The daily and monthly numbers your team used to assemble by hand now arrive already written: who paid, who’s late, where usage spiked, what churned. In the inbox as a PDF or a live link, in Arabic or English, before the first coffee.
Subscriber renews and pays in the bot

Full speed restored over RADIUS

Self-service that works
A customer bot your subscribers actually use.
Balance checks, renewals, plan changes, outage updates and payments handled over Telegram or WhatsApp, so most tickets never reach a human. When one should, it hands off with the full history attached. This is live today for a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers.

One clean record
Every subscriber, migrated without losing one.
We move billing, subscribers and payments off the legacy system, keeping it running until the new one has earned trust. RADIUS stays in sync, no record gets dropped, and each customer finally has a single record instead of five half-matching ones.
Everything it does.

Trust & security
Built to be trusted with your business.
No black boxes and no surprises with your data. The same standards we run for regulated clients across telecom, healthcare and retail.
Your keys, your models
It runs on your own model-provider accounts (BYOK). You own the keys and can revoke them anytime.
Encrypted end to end
Credentials and data are encrypted with AES-GCM, in transit and at rest.
Hosted where you need
Data residency in Lebanon, the Gulf, or the EU, based on your rules.
Never trained on your data
Your data stays yours. We don’t use it to train models.
A human stays in control
Clear approval and escalation rules, with full context handed over.
Proven in production
Already running for Saudi Arabia’s largest grocery retailer and a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers.
Common questions
Can you migrate us off our old billing system without downtime?
Yes, that’s exactly what we did for a Lebanese ISP with ~2,000 customers. We run the new platform alongside the old one, migrate records carefully, and only cut over once the numbers reconcile. Nobody loses a record or a customer.
Will it work with our RADIUS setup?
Yes. We’ve built a live RADIUS integration for subscriber and session sync, including over an SSH tunnel to a legacy MySQL install, so provisioning and speed changes stay in step with billing.
Can the customer bot take payments and speak Arabic?
Yes. It handles balance checks, renewals and payments right in Telegram or WhatsApp, in Arabic and English including Lebanese and Gulf phrasing, and hands off to your team whenever a person is needed.
How is our subscriber and payment data kept secure?
It runs on your own model-provider keys (BYOK), data is encrypted with AES-GCM in transit and at rest, and can be hosted in Lebanon, the Gulf or the EU. We never train models on your data.
How long does a rollout like this take?
The core platform for a ~2,000-customer ISP came together in about three months, then kept growing from a client wishlist. We scope your first working milestone in a short call and move fast from there.
