A clinic in Lebanon loses most of its time before anyone sees a doctor. Patients book over WhatsApp at all hours, in three languages, and half of them need a reminder or they will not arrive. Intake forms get filled in twice, once by the patient and once by whoever retypes them into the system. Insurance and cash patients follow completely different paths and both are tracked by hand. None of that is clinical work, and all of it is paid for out of clinical hours.

What happens to patient data?
It stays yours and stays where it belongs. We scope data handling explicitly before the build: what is stored, where, who can reach it, and what never goes to a model at all. We can run against your own model keys so no patient content trains anything external.
Will the AI give patients medical advice?
No, and that is a design constraint rather than a limitation we apologise for. It handles booking, intake, reminders, admin questions and routing. Anything clinical goes to a human with the context already attached, and we define that boundary with you before anything goes live.

The assistant replies in whichever language the patient used, including messages that mix them, which is the normal case here. Intake questions, reminders and confirmations all follow the patient rather than forcing them into one language.
