That is the normal starting point and it does not block anything. We build around what exists, including spreadsheets and whatever the ERP is, rather than requiring a migration first. Capturing the data once, at the point it is created, is usually the single biggest win available.
Will people on the floor actually use it?
That is the real risk and we treat it as the main one. We build for the shift rather than the demo: minimal input, works in the language people use, and no extra system to log into. We also measure adoption at 30 days and fix it if usage is not there, which is what a training and rollout phase is for.
Do you handle training as well as the build?
Yes, and for industrial clients it is usually where we start. We run hands-on department-by-department sessions in Lebanon, and training often surfaces the highest-value automation before a line of code is written.
